You retain all ownership rights to the media, scripts, and campaign materials you upload or generate using our platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate intellectual property rights, copyrights, or the explicit policies of third-party platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram) where you publish.
3. Subscription and Billing
Our platform operates on a subscription and usage-based credit model processed securely via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless legally required. We reserve the right to modify pricing, though active subscribers will receive prior notice of any changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our AI video generation tools to produce illegal, defamatory, hateful, or explicit content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse our API limitations or violate these acceptable use boundaries.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the system "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Book AI Studio will not be held liable for traffic fluctuations, account bans on social platforms, or direct revenue losses resulting from the use of our generated video assets.
